Purchase at webshop
If the purchased piece of jewelry does not meet your expectations, we will take it back for reimbursement of the purchase price or for exchange. Please return the item in perfect original condition within 14 days to our business address along with the original purchase receipt.
Jewelry that has been bought at KUCK Pop-up stores or our online shop can be returned or exchanged the following way:
- You return the acquired piece of jewelry via mail. Please inform us about your wish to return the jewelry by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the required return label of our shipping service provider to be printed out and filled out. Afterwards, you have just to affix it one the package and dispatch it at an authorized local outlet of the respective shipping service provider.
The return within Germany comes free of charge.
For a proper return, we would kindly ask you to put the pieces of jewelry in the original leather case as well as gift box with the invoice and to send it back in a suitable packaging. This request is no condition for the effective exercise of your cancellation right.
To keep track on the package, please keep the delivery note until you receive a confirmation about the receipt of your package at our premises. The dilvery note contains the sending date and sending identification number.
Jewelry that has been bought at our retail partners’ stores must be retuned via them.
Refund of the purchase price
The purchase price will be refunded in the same way as the initial payment has been done. Please note that between the receipt of the returned product and the crediting to be effected, up to 14 days may pass. As soon as we receive your return and we have carried out the reverse processing, we will inform you by e-mail. If you have chosen payment by credit card, the duration of the refund of the purchase price depends on your respective credit institution. The re-credited purchase price will be visible on your next credit card bill.
